1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Imperial Skills Academy’s website, services, or enrolling in our courses, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Imperial Skills Academy provides hands-on electrical training courses, including but not limited to:

• Electrician Course and related training programs
• Educational materials and resources
• Certificates of completion upon successful course completion
• Course-related communications via email and SMS/text messaging

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.

3. Enrollment and Registration

To enroll in our courses, you must:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your information to keep it accurate
• Be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment Terms

Course fees are due as specified at the time of enrollment. By enrolling, you agree to pay all applicable fees. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time, but changes will not affect courses for which you have already enrolled and paid.

All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specifically stated in our refund policy. Please review our refund policy carefully before enrolling.

5. Course Attendance and Completion

Students are expected to:

• Attend all scheduled course sessions
• Complete all required coursework and assessments
• Follow all safety protocols and instructions provided by instructors
• Behave in a professional and respectful manner

Certificates of completion are issued upon successful completion of the course requirements. We reserve the right to withhold certificates if course requirements are not met.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, curriculum, and resources provided by Imperial Skills Academy are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from course materials without written permission
• Share course materials with non-enrolled individuals
• Use our content for commercial purposes

7. SMS/Text Messaging

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from Imperial Skills Academy regarding course-related information, reminders, and updates. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to any message.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Imperial Skills Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or personal information
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services
• Course outcomes or employment opportunities

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course giving rise to the claim.

9. Safety and Risk

Electrical work involves inherent risks. Students participating in hands-on training:

• Must follow all safety instructions and protocols
• Acknowledge and accept the risks associated with electrical work
• Agree to hold Imperial Skills Academy harmless for any injuries or damages resulting from failure to follow safety instructions

10. Code of Conduct

Students must conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner. We reserve the right to remove any student who:

• Engages in disruptive or disrespectful behavior
• Violates safety protocols
• Engages in harassment, discrimination, or any illegal activities

Students removed for violations will not be entitled to refunds.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia, Canada.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
