By opting in to receive SMS/text messages from Imperial Skills Academy, you agree to these SMS Terms & Conditions. Please read this document carefully.
Important: By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages, you consent to receive automated SMS/text messages from Imperial Skills Academy. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time.
1. Consent to Receive SMS Messages
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the opt-in box on our enrollment or contact forms, you expressly consent to receive automated SMS/text messages from Imperial Skills Academy at the phone number you provided. This consent is not a condition of purchase or enrollment.
You understand that these messages may be sent using an automated telephone dialing system or other automated technology.
2. Types of Messages You Will Receive
By opting in, you will receive SMS/text messages related to:
- Course Enrollment Confirmations: Confirmation of your enrollment in our courses

We do not send marketing or promotional messages via SMS without your explicit additional consent.

Message frequency varies based on your course activity. You may receive:
- One-time enrollment confirmation messages
- Reminder messages before each course session (typically 1-2 days in advance)
- Occasional updates or notifications as needed
You will not receive excessive messages. We aim to send only necessary course-related communications.
4. Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Imperial Skills Academy is not responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier for receiving text messages.
Please consult your mobile service provider's pricing plan to understand any charges you may incur for receiving SMS/text messages. Message and data rates may vary by carrier and subscription plan.
5. How to Opt Out (STOP)
You can opt out of receiving SMS/text messages at any time. To stop receiving messages, you can:
- Reply "STOP" to any text message you receive from us
- Reply "UNSUBSCRIBE" to any text message
- Reply "CANCEL" to any text message
- Contact us directly at info@imperialskillsacademy.ca and request to be removed from SMS communications
After you opt out, you will receive one final confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this confirmation message, you will no longer receive SMS/text messages from us, unless you opt in again in the future.
Note: Opting out of SMS messages will not affect other forms of communication (such as email) unless you separately opt out of those as well.

If your carrier is not supported, or if you are unsure whether your carrier supports SMS/text messaging, please contact your mobile service provider.
8. Privacy and Data Sharing
We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your mobile phone number or mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Your mobile phone number and related information are used solely by Imperial Skills Academy to send you course-related SMS/text messages. We may share this information with our SMS service provider solely for the purpose of delivering messages to you.

9. Delivery and Timing
We will do our best to deliver messages promptly, but we cannot guarantee delivery times. Message delivery is subject to:

Imperial Skills Academy is not responsible for any delays or failures in message delivery.
10. Changes to Phone Number
If you change your mobile phone number, you must:
- Update your contact information in your account profile, or
- Contact us at [YOUR_EMAIL] to update your phone number
Please note that you must opt in again to receive SMS messages at your new phone number.
11. Age Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to consent to receive SMS/text messages. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to opt in to receive messages.
