5. Course Attendance and Completion

Students are expected to:

• Complete all required coursework and assessments
• Follow all safety protocols and instructions provided by instructors
• Behave in a professional and respectful manner

Certificates of completion are issued upon successful completion of the course requirements. We reserve the right to withhold certificates if course requirements are not met.

All course materials, content, curriculum, and resources provided by Imperial Skills Academy are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from course materials without written permission
• Share course materials with non-enrolled individuals
• Use our content for commercial purposes

• Course outcomes or employment opportunities

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course giving rise to the claim.

Electrical work involves inherent risks. Students participating in hands-on training:

• Must follow all safety instructions and protocols
• Acknowledge and accept the risks associated with electrical work
• Agree to hold Imperial Skills Academy harmless for any injuries or damages resulting from failure to follow safety instructions

10. Code of Conduct

Students must conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner. We reserve the right to remove any student who:

• Engages in disruptive or disrespectful behavior
• Violates safety protocols
• Engages in harassment, discrimination, or any illegal activities

Students removed for violations will not be entitled to refunds.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia, Canada.
